Major Appliance Parts ships parts throughout Canada – BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, PQ, NB, NS, NF, PEI, and Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

We ship our parts mostly by Purolator or Canada Post – depending on item location and customer location.  

Shipping times depend on item location and customer location.  

Most items ship same day, depending on time of day ordered.

Most items have a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 – Plus applicable taxes depending on province or territory.

WHEN WE SHIP YOUR IN-STOCK ITEMS

Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. (Depending on if shipping from BC, if Shipping from ONT it may ship the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

RETURN POLICY

Electrical Parts are not returnable. They have replacement warranty only.

Non Electrical Parts may be returned within 30 days, unopened or damaged for a refund less 20% restocking fee.
