Finding the part you need can be a bit of a task. We currently have no online model searches but you may email for a breakdown if it is needed.
There is so much information out there but how to find it?
Here is a brief tutorial, so you can hopefully find what you need. If a part # is not on our site, email or call and we can add it
quickly.
Frigidaire / Electrolux – including Kenmore by Frigidaire, is a little tricky right now, you can google your model, and if no results reach out by email or chat. The frigidaire site has been suspended for now. Really missing that parts site, but have internal notes. You can try https://www.searspartsdirect.com/ as well or another safe site is http://www.youserguide.com/wiki/Main_Page
GE – Covers GE, Hotpoint, Moffat, McClary, Cafe, Monogram, some Beaumark, Some Viking (old), and now Mabe and Haier.
GE Canada does not have the same numbering system as the US -or if a newer model you can try https://visualizador.serviplus.com.mx/ If it is a very old unit, it may be on microfiche – please email us cdnappparts@gmail.com for assistance.
Whirlpool – Covers Whirlpool, JennAir, Kitchenaid, Amana, Maytag, Roper, Inglis, and some Kenmore. Look it up for reference only at https://www.whirlpoolparts.com/ Keep in mind that the American pricing is not accurate for us in Canada
Kenmore, OH, the elusive Kenmore. Sears did not build its own product, they bought appliances and put their name on it. The prefix is important to tell you who may have made it. EG: 970 13200-00 (970) means built by Frigidaire, http://www.appliance411.ca/parts/sears.shtml will give you a list of who made what as per the prefix. If you cannot locate it, contact us for assistance. Try google and see where it shows up. Parts are available, we just need to find the parts list from the correct manuf.
LG and Samsung can be a bit tricky. If you google the model – it may show up on some old Sears site but we recommend those to be emailed in so we can guide you. Samsung and LG use revision #s. They are important. Please send the whole model and serial so we can verify what you need. I can send you exploded views and information. Try to send us the tag picture as revision #’s are very important for finding the correct parts.
Bosch – you need log-ins for the internal site, again – best to call, email, or online chat with the full model. You may find some info online by googling the model. Needs a complete model and revision /01 # to be accurate.
We do some Viking, not all of them, you can find parts #’s on https://www.allvikingparts.com/
We don’t do the following brands – as we cannot buy those parts or get information for them. Here is the information on what we don’t do.
